It is pretty much what I used to do onsite, but just working remotely. When you break it down, delivery is the easiest part, sales (as ever) is the hard part. But it is a lot easier (in some ways) when you have a global audience. There are also ways to generate recurring revenues in a way you can't do in the traditional model.My specialism is outsourcing advisory, but it could be anything. I was just surprised, when I looked around, that no one else seemed to be doing it.Have you seen anyone else doing this?
