I have specialised in telecoms with a bit of O&G experience as well, mostly BPR, benchmarking and project management work. I could be tempted by a move to the UK, it would have to be a very good position though as I quite enjoy it out here in the ME.Not exactly the right time to be picky but rather get the right role than wasting a year of your career.
