Can anybody recommend any good agencies - i.e. ones that help rather than set up 'telephone interviews' with 24 year olds from the Big 4 who see you as a personal threat, or that ask you 1001 questions about your current salary and aspirations and then you never hear from them again.Any ideas, guys? P.S. I'm ideally looking to join a 'real' company where normal people work and do normal hours, rather than a sweat shop that is full of Euro MBAs and will work you into the ground and send you all over the place.
