Does anyone know what the job levels and grades are at HP especially in HP Consulting.I know they are not similar to normal consultancies Principal, Senior Manager etc.I have heard that they have a master, fellow and so on but not too sure.

The old EDS grades vs HP, very broadly speaking are:senior consultant = expertmanaging consultant = masterfellow = fellow but is a VERY select area for top technologists only

Also just discovered that the level up from Master is Strategist so this muddies things a bit. Does that mean the Master gets pushed down to SM grade?Anyone from EDS or HP Consulting?

you can't really do such a comparison, these levels (expert, master, strategist) are global, generic job levels designed to compate the typical experiences, education and competencies of people in very different roles, so an Expert in consulting who, e.g. wanted to go and be a bid manager, would have to go for a bid manager role at Expert level. These are 'individual contribitor' roles, I believe there are separate levels for managers.
