Does anyone know much about Navigant Consulting? Are they well respected within the consulting industry? How do clients, both existing and potential view them? Are consultants mainly placed in UK projects or do they have the option to do international consulting work?

I recruit for Navigant and they are a very good organisation to work for. They work across multiple areas although their need for people now is in the FS market (RB/IM/Insurance). Good culture there, better work/life balance than other organisations and not egotisitical like some consultancies. Most projects are in the UK and they work on some major FS projects.

Thanks recruiter. Do you know how they are viewed by clients compared to other firms that operate in the FS space (ie, the big 4)? Also, do you have a view on their unique sellling point?
