http://www.caseinterview.com/ is reasonably useful, but don't get hung up on his frameworks. They are a good spur to get you thinking in the right way but aren't really appropriate in my opinion for structuring your thoughts in the interview, as the questions you are asked will never fit neatly into any of his categories.
