I too am at one of MBB and was working on Christmas Day. The work doesn't really require it, but the engagement manager likes playing power games and gets a thrill from showing the client that she can "make" Analysts do whatever she wants. Seems to think it makes us look responsive, rather than socially f-ed up.

Do all the MBB use the Engagement Mgr title? Or is it unique to McK?If McK is unique I think we can guess which MBB makes its people work Xmas day.

I have to ask the question. Is it worth it? Surely life's to short for working for a bunch of *******?
