'Fraid you are wrong on both guess about the second post. Frankly, I can't stand PA but the first post was just blatant wum. There's plenty of legit non-wum things to post about PA - this site has had plenty of that and most of it has been justified and all prompted by genuine anger. There's no need for this silliness though.

It's magic, you just type in the letters "PA" and wait for the muppets, few of whom have ever worked for/with said organisation.

The phrase certainly didn't originate from PA but the explanation as to why it the economy is like this and what the implications are for global markets is good. One of the few good pieces of insight from PA in a long time, though McKinsey Quarterly and the like does it so much more often.
