By way of background, I have three years work experience: I began my career as a strategy analyst at a Big Four consultancy and have spent the past two years as an Analyst at a bulge-bracket investment bank. I am thinking about transitioning back into consulting, but only under the following conditions: (1) I land a job at a top firm and (2) I am able to start as a Consultant / Associate (4th year equivalent).Does anyone know if any of MBB offers a set program for experienced hires at this level, or would I need to apply for specific vacancies as they arise?

For these positions, they would all recruit via specific vacancies/ad-hoc experienced hiring.
