2 years, ~£70k incl. bonus

Yes you are very well paid in comparison to your peers so don't worry.

Six Years - 95K basic, bonus (last year 42K), 6500 pa car allowance (non-pensionable), 4% pension (co matches my contribution up to this limit)

I was showing how easy it was to make something up and have people start to doubt their own worth by comparing their real achievements to complete bull.There is a perfectly good official salary benchmark on this site. The OP was clearly fishing for for a few "oohs and aahhs" cos he's "done so well."As it happens I actually earn more than the package I described above, but have more than 15 years experience, so hardly surprising. Message to everyone - ignore others. Play your own game. You only get one life. Comparison is a waste of breath. Be happy, but know that dosh is only a small part of that.

4.5 year. This year 140,000 GBP. Same the last year. IT consulting (contractor). Wokring 40 hours a week :-)

Just started last year in consulting. £150k basic. Sign on bonus £20k. Pension matching and company car. Take my word for it.Or... you could use the salary tools on this site, as anon above said, and glassdoor / vault, and benchmark against those, slightly more reliable metrics.BTW... 10 yrs total experience, 4 in consulting and happy to have made the jump. I am enjoying my work much more than I was in industry (FMCG IT). So not everything is about the salary.

@Anon - Dude! This isn't a personal ego stroking excercise for myself. I have deep seated self worth issues, and this helps me guage whether I'm worthy as an individual.I didn't know about the salary survery so will check it out, but that doesn't indicate the rate of salary increases. I know roughly a Senior Manager or Principal will be roughly 100K, and Partner 150K+, but the essence of what I'm trying to get it is how long it takes someone to get to that level, or the rate of salary increase.We all talk about consulting salaries having an exponential curve, so wanting to judge how steep that is or not.Stop being so bitchy, lighten up dude. I'm sure others are interested.
