Hi,I have recently moved to UK and am considering openings in HR/human Capital Consulting. I would like to know what might be an appropriate level/role to apply to and suggestions on recruiters for this areaI have worked with a large global HR consulting firm in their India office and also with 2 large financial services companies in internal consultant roles. (MBA+ 4-5 years experience)Due to the growth in the Indian market over the last few years, my exposure to large HR projects has been good. However, I have not received encouraging responses from recruiters here. Hence, I am wondering if I am applying to the correct levels/ recruiters or if I need to work on additional qualifications in UK.Any advice on this is welcome CheersD
