Hi guys,Friend of mine is looking for an entry level job in change/people management. She has decent credentials: 1st class degree, AAA at A Level but not much work experience.I've just started in strategy as you might know but don't know much about other areas. A list i've put together for her:Towers PerrinHays Group (consulting side). Oliver Wyman Cap Gemini More theoretical end of people/change are Pearn Kandola, YSC, Kaisen and Kiddy & Partners. They may require psychology degree for some roles.Any more I should add to this list? Thanks

Hi Casio,The places you've picked out all offer change mgt as do all the SIs and the Big 4 accountancies and Strat houses. However, the fact is that if she doesn't have work experience, she wont get any of these roles. Entry level for HP at ACN for example is Consultant which requires around 2 years consulting experience. This is the same for IBM, CG, KPMG, EY, McK, Bain etc etc.She would either have to do the grad programme and specialise after that or look at a related field such as HR / OD and then make a move. The other "theoreticals" you mention are all Occ Psych consultancies and will require an MSc in Occ Psych for all most all the roles and even then would look for experience in the majority of cases.Sorry to be negative but that's the picture I'm afraid.K

K,Appreciate the info. I wasn't aware that was the case. I'll advise her to apply for a generalist consulting programme but I'm not sure she's got the business accumen or ECs to succeed. Maybe HR for a few years would be the best bet. Thanks :)
