I am looking for information about the Australian Consulting market. I am marrying an Aussie and moving over to Brisbane and want to understand who the main consulting firms are in this city. Can anybody help?

I think that you will find that there are not a lot of opportunities in Brisbane, Sydney is the financial/business centre.

I suggest to leave yopu soo to be wife in merry old england and move to brisbane yourself. There are chicks there and you can have a lot of fun. Just make sure you sign a prenup though.As for consulting opportunities, there are in Brisbane, but considerable more in Melbourne and Sydney. Sydney tends to have more of a international flair and will thus have offices of many global players. Melbourne is a bit smaller but growign quickly.Compared to the workign environment, job growth, salary, prestige, brethof of companies etc., brisbane is still somewhat 'backwater' compared with melbourne and sydney.
