A recruiter has approached me with a view to applying to CG’s shared services team.A couple of question to those in the know:1) What is the culture like? After all the mergers in the late nineties and early noughties, I heard it was pretty awful. Has it got any better?2) What is the client list like? I want to work with large scale FMCGs or financial services clients, as I’m ticked off with working for public sector organisations.Any advice or comments on their overall performance, and their capability as an employer would be very helpfulThx all
