Dear all, Currently I am working as a research officer in one of the leading B-school of UK. My area of research is developing a general methodology for innovation process in healthcare industry of a particular region of UK. It is especially based on open innovation concept for SMEs of that particular region. I analysed more than 60 tools of innovation process and simplified some of the useful tools so that process can be easily adoptable by any SMEs without spending so much resources on process. I am now end of my contract term and looking for a new job by the end of Nov. By first degree I am a registered pharmacist from India and having around five years experience in pharma sales, marketing and retail pharmacy. I owned my own pharmacy in India. Recently in Dec 2007 I finished MBA in UK and got the one year fixed term job in same B-school. My major in MBA was related to strategic management, strategic technology and innovation management, International business strategy, project management, Supply chain management, and Operation and Marketing. I am happy with my current job and learning but it’s more like a consultancy job and if I applied for any consultancy job, company required at least 4-5 years experience in the field. So I am wondering how and where i can use my current skill? I hope there must be some good career counsellor to advice, so I put my question here. Thanking you in anticipation
