The masters in information systems and management makes good sense as it'd be relevant to a range of career paths within EDS and similar companies. Since you're near the start of your career and have so many potential avenues ahead of you, that could be a good idea.However, if you have a specific career path that you know you'll want to pursue, then there may be other qualifications that target that path more precisely. I'm thinking PMP or Prince 2 if you want to specialise in project management for example.
