I've recently applied to 3 of the big 4 audit firms and a number of consultancies. Around 50% have been via direct application, the remainder via agents.Deloittes have been absolutely useless. Whilst I'm now awaiting 2nd interview from KPMG & PWC, Deloittes have still not had my application back from the relevent practice.The contacts at Deloittes don't return calls and frankly don't seem to have a clue how their process works.Have I just been unlucky or is this commonplace? The bottom line is that is reflects negatively on Deloittes as a potential employer.

This is probably AMS, who were mentioned in e recent thread. Not really surprising.Or, judging by your post, it could be the fact that you accidentally applied to Deloittes - a marketing & advertising company, rather than Deloitte - Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.

AMS are a nightmare.
