Does anybody know which of the top tier business consultancies have strong aviation and travel industry practices? The players I'm thinking of are McK, BCG, Bain, Booz&Co, Oliver Wyman, OC&C.Thanks for your help.

Eric - the original question was focused on strategy consultancies that operate in this area. I don't believe that any airline outside the Lufthansa alliance would dream of bringing in Lufthansa consultants to advise on strategy - and I'd be very surprised if Lufthansa weren't themselves engaging these top strategy consultancies to work on projects for them (historically this was certainly always the case).So agreed this might be a good team to join if you want to focus entirely on aviation consulting work, but if it's strategic assignments you want to work on for a broad client base I'd be very surprised if this is what they can offer. Well Tony you definitely may be right. What i am sure about, is that Lufthansa Consulting, does a lot of consulting in areas of airport modernization/expansion.As for my answer on this question goes, it was given directly as a response to the 'topic' of the thread, rather to the detailed question of Anon.
