I refer to those who best apply operational excellence, supply chain improvement, process improvement and whose engage in the most challenging projects in this field.A little context about me:I have 2 and half year experience as process engineer in a tier 2 automotive global supplier and I am a lean six sigma green-belt. As I don't see great career opportunities in my company and my learning curve is flattening, I am now considering my next career move. That is either in a consulting firm or a company.
