Stratman,I don't come here that often now, but take offence to your frivolous comments. If Accenture did not add anything anywhere, they wouldn't be employing 200k+ people. Neither would the rest who employ 100ks between them. Grow up.If consulting is dying, why are consultancies on a hiring drive? I am client side now and thoroughly enjoying it (far better pay than consulting and ability to go home at a fairly decent time) but I have many colleagues who are MC side and they get regular recruiter calls from other consultancies.Best practice is not available "free of charge", your virus ridden template on dodgy.com does not hold all the answers for complex issues such as Brexit outcome and what it means to business x in relation to y and z strategies.Anyway, back to Asiossem:- Accenture, KPMG, CapGemini, Deloitte etc are very similar. Talk to the ones your firm already uses and go from there, you'll be fine- McK, BCG etc are in another league entirely. Very expensive day rates so you should not be using them frivolously for some minor TOM op model change or body shopping, these are the guys for major strategic vision and changeI'm surprised you aren't aware, talk to any MC colleague offline and they'll explain what I mean
