Hi,I have one more query which i have not asked company as its late. :(.Since only base pay is mentioned in my appointment letter, does it mean there is no additional variable part in my salary? What i heard about accenture they do have variable as well?Would be great if someone can clarify.

At the level you'll be coming in at there will be no bonus. Depending on what service line, you may get overtime. If your project lets you book it.

Hi All,I completed my second round interview which is a skill interview for accenture and received a mail stating that you are progresses to next round.What usually 3rd round would be for a IT experience person?Is it a skill round again or HR round?Can someone help me with this please.
