I am close to being offered a role in EY FSO Advisory as a Manager1. I could join either Chicago, Dallas or Charlotte. I will most probably join Charlotte. I am being offered around 115K which I think is less. I have about 10 years of consulting experience (not big 4) with firm like Capgemini and make around 100+bonus. So I get less than 15% hike. I think a fair pay would be around 125. Is there room for negotiation? I think my interviews were pretty good. What are average Manager1 salaries at EF FSO advisory?
