Hi all,I am new on this forum however a quick search shows there was a thread on here 3 years ago on Grades and salary expectation at Capgemini. I am considering a move there and would appreciate some information from those in the know. Specifically:- Recent salary bands for A6/7 or is it T6/6 technology consultant role. I believe the A7/t7 titles are senior consultants?- Any info on flex allowance particularly car allowance?RegardsG.

I don't know the salary but there is around 10K salary difference for each band. Hope this will be useful for negotiations.BTW, can i know what is Flexi allowance? Is that like cash allowance given to you to buy any benefits like insurance etc??
