Hi All,Currently looking at an opportunity within the Transformation and Change area of Sia Partners.I understand that Sia are reasonably well regarded in France, but does anybody have a view on their London office? Any wide opinions on the firm would also be appreciated.

Well regarded. Their UK (and US) change/transformation area is basically the Molten Group which they acquired a couple of years ago to bridgehead into the UK market. Molten had a good reputation. Less structured than Big 4 and probably a bit higher up the food chain in places. To do well there you'll need to be a bit entrepreneurial.A good second or third bounce firm - not the kind of place which will passport you into something special but if you have a big brand on your CV already they are a good, credible, mid sized firm with very good people in FS and Oil/energy.
Great insight - thanks Mars. What do you mean exactly by a good second or third bounce firm?Cheers,W
a bounce firm - one which will give an experienced 2nd or 3rd jobber a step up (usually through smaller teams and more responsibility) but one which won't provide more fundamental learning opportunities. Basically firms like this you need to be very competent in your work, but you are looking at 1 maybe 2 promotions before running out of room and needing to move on. That said I always advocate 3 - 5 years or 2 promotions in any firm anyway.
