Hi AllQuite a simple request as in the title..Ive worked previously for a couple of Consultancies, including a big4 at Manager grade.Moved into contracting, but would really like to work as an Associate on a project by project basis for a Consultancy. My main motivation in moving away from perm, was to be able to elect to work on engagements only in London.Generally have worked in central government, operational strategy and business change- business case development, op model, org design, process improvement, cost reduction etc.Hoping for a few names of consultancies who supplement their perm resource with associates and who may offer regular work, rather than bigger consultancies who would only use SME types very sporadically. Many thanks

I know that Cognizant use assosiates, particularly in the North-West.I believe that KPMG used to but unsure if they still do.Apologies - only 1 yes, 1 maybe for the list.

HiyaYou can check out http://www.transformuk.com and http://www.comotional.com as businesses who are focussed on using Associates. Also have a look at http://www.mbaco.com who supply consultants to end clients and consultancies alike.HTHSimonhttp://www.getmetis.com20:20 Foresight for your professional service business

You should take a look at Prederi www.prederi.com . They work in health, local govt and some central govt departments. Founders came out of the ashes of Tribal, Vantagepoint I think. Their model is Associate-driven, with a twist.Hope that helps.Don
