Wondering about Pcubed
11.08.7 00:00

Hi,Am wondering if anyone can tell me what it's really like working for Pcubed (one of FT Top 50 companies to work for)! I am also rather concerned by posts a couple of years ago that suggest random recruitment leading to withdrawn offers - this would be a concern ! Anyone else got more positive experiences ?

Hello, Is there some one out there with experience of Pcubed? ..either as an employee or customer? Apparently an award-winning consultancy, but I'd like to hear the feedback from the field? Thanks,EG

i currently have an offer from them, currently cons at accenture on 42offer is 48k but with only 21 days hols. i tried to negotiating to 50+ and some more hols which they rejected, considering rejecting the static offer on the basis that they havent even negotisted salary, holidays are 9 days less than current, in addition seeing this as too small a rise to go to a smaller company and risk it being the wrong move and causing a blip on my cv

To be clear, you need to have a defined rationale as to why you make the move. Look backwards and ask yourself how will you explain moving from Accenture to pcubed when its time to move on from pcubed in years to come? my instinct is that actually pcubed have let themselves down a bit here and not put forward a strong enough/clear proposition as to why you should move -you should be on here advising others on the positives of leaving Accenture at SC level, not second guessing the move surely? combined with the offer which is hardly compelling, I would be inclined to stay put and maybe wait for a further promotion at Accenture before moving on.
