I read it and could sympathise with some of his arguments, but on the other hand thought that much of it was a load of ill-informed nonsense.The sad fact is that the NHS for example needs outside help for a number of reasons, one of which is internal incompetence. Yes, we may be expensive but we can also demonstrably save them money and improve services.
