I'd be interested to hear what it is like to work as an SAP consultant at IBM. They have been recruiting quite heavily recently, in particular to hire new CRM consultants. I'd be keen to hear about what kinds of projects they have, average project duration, type of clients, compensation, expense policy, work/life balance, etc.Thanks for your feedback in advance.

Done right, MissAnon, IT should be SurReal. The work/life balance is somewhat superfluous in such a Situation/Virtualisation.

IBM is a horrible place to work. All the PwC folk have left since the merger, and what's left really is the dregs.Of course, they're hiring like crazy - they've got these massive DWP and MoD jobs to run, but everyone keeps leaving !

Well, I work for Axon at the moment, so don't know if that is any better...!?

Suggest to look for something more rewarding than IBM...not a good place to work so little point in replacing one poor environment with another!
