I'm a senior manager in Deloitte consulting/Deloitte & Touche, Seoul, Korea and am planning to move to Canada. Can anyone give me advice on how best make the move, e.g. quit my job and look for a new one there, use a recruitment agency, etc.? Because I am a permanent resident of Canada, there is no problem to work in Canada. I have worked at Deloitte for 6 years and conducted strategy consulting projects such as corporate strategy, market strategy, new biz. Strategy, Org. redesign, HR consulting. Thanks in advance

Post your cv on workopolis and monster.ca, contact Heidrich & Struggles, Mandrake, and Egon Zehnder--the only ones worth your time besides Ray & Berndston. Feldman & Grey (on St Clair Ave West in Toronto) has an excellent reputation and some very good resources on its exec rec website. Applying to Deloitte here might be an exciting experience. Their HR process moves more slowly and inefficiently than a Saskatchewan snow turtle, so get your cv to them at least three months before you move. (If you want to work with them here).
