Hi everyone,First time poster here. I'm considering a move from a boutique consulting firm to a 2nd tier strategy firm; currently in the recruiting process for a Senior Associate position in London.I'm trying to figure out what salary range I can expect and I'm quite confused by the different inputs. Coming from a small firm I'm used to hearing my colleagues bitch and moan about about larger/more prestigious firms starting their 1st year graduate consultants at close to EUR100K/year (for reference as an Associate/project manager with 4 years of experience I get EUR70K + 10-15K bonus, in a european city where the cost of living is way lower than London). This is more or less in line with the info on this page: https://managementconsulted.com/consulting-salaries/2016-management-consulting-salaries-undergraduate-mba-interns/?nabe=4555263065980928:1However, looking at Glassdoor and the threads on this forum, it seems I would be lucky to get GBP 55K base + very small bonus. I used to have the perception that my salary in this boutique was low compared to industry average, but I'm seriously starting to think I've been mistaken. If that is the case I would need to reconsider my move as I cannot take a decrease in salary AND a move to a much more expensive city.Any thoughts on where the "real" salary range might lay?
