Hi,Came across this forum by accident but looks like there may be people here who can offer some some advice.Early 30's male no formal qualifications but been working in the IT industry for 12 years.Worked for a number of telecommunication firms and currently working in management as a team leader. My role allows me to do a lot more than just a typical call center tl role.Due the the position I manage a fairly big team and involved with launching new products/systems/processes.Have 10 years plus in management and once upon a time had aspirations to move into operation management but no longer desire that sort of a role or responsibility.Have some experience with project management without using prince principles etc.At a stage where I need a slight change that will appreciate my experience, suppose my options are;Project management/business analyst/six sigma? Not sure which one to go towards or is there anything else I should consider? After genuine career advice, can anyone offer any assistance please? Thanks in advance
