Hi. i'm new to the forum, and, eventually, to the consulting business. the position would be for healthcare consulting in an european office (not the bonn one) where i've had the first interview already. i'm afraid this one will be a lot more formal and "technic" though, so having no economic background (and they know that!) i'm starting to worry. what do you think i should expext? and what would be best to read about in your opinion? thanks

You didn't need to put the name of the person you were going to be interviewing with in this forum. If you will be joining the consulting business, then confidentiality should be a part of you.

Hi there,I roughly know the setup of an interview day for entry level consultants:- math test (nothing really fancy, but some pricing calculated stuff)- 3 interview rounds, almost definitely with a case in each one. Be ready to draw, calculate and reason the price/demand function. Did I say that SKP is quite specialized on Pricing? :-)Best to read: Basic marketing / pricing literature, so that you have an idea what they want from you. Company website, so you know what they published recently.Generally, as you will have noticed in the first interview, SKP people are down to earth, solid in their expertise and a friendly bunch. That is true for the Bonn office as well.Hope this helps a bit. Best of luck to you!

HiCould you share your experience of any telephone interviews you had with SK&P? My interview is going to be competency based in addition to pricing questions in particular. Did you have pricing questions and how exactly were they structured?Thanks..

Three years later - you think the OP's still monitoring this thread? Better improve your attention to detail before you get anywhere near a case interview, let alone a client!
