Hi there,I'd really like to get into towers perrin towork in their executive compensation consulting arm.It's not an area i can easily get the sort of knowledge i imagine they would require to come in as an experienced hire from my big 4 firm. Anyone any ideas on my best approach aside from re-applying for grad position?Also,i s their pay competitive with big 4?
