ok, similar to the earlier survey, pls can everyone post the following info for EVERY consulting firm you have accurate information about:a) name of firm(s)b) grades within the firm(s)Then, for each grade you know about within each firm:a) basic payb) bonusc) car allowanced) other benefits (pension etc)e) typical age/experience of someone at that gradeSadly I don't have any info to contribute myself, but hopefully you guys will. This could turn out to be a very useful thread indeed if we all play ball.

Surveymaster - apart from splitting the figures out firm by firm, our 2007 salary survey basically provides the info you've requested - and it's based on well over a thousand responses so more valid than anything you'll collect in a forum thread. It's downloadable in PDF format by clicking hereBreakdown of what's included:a) name of firm(s)-- results broken out by type of consulting rather than specific firms (ie. strategy, change, IT, etc.)b) grades within the firm(s) -- yes, results broken down by generic gradesa) basic pay -- yes, provided for each type of consultingb) bonus -- yes, provided for each type of consultingc) car allowance -- one overall figure provided for all benefitsd) other benefits (pension etc) -- one overall figure provided for all benefitse) typical age/experience of someone at that grade-- yes, providedHope this gives you something to ponder over the weekend.Tony RestellTop-Consultant.com
