Hi Jim!Assuming u have aplied for a graduate role.Then it won't be anything technical, would just talk through your CV and may ask u about some examples of teamwork in your academic life, any knowledge of project life cycle and why do u want to join CG. The whole interview won't last more than 20-25 minutes.By the way this is all about their ATP programme. CDC should not be much different at this stage unless otherwise!Good luck,B.

Hi, I had a phone interview with Capgem recently for the CDC. They will ask you what you know about CG, so research some recent deals theyve been involved in. They'll also ask what consultancy entails, e.g. travelling alot at short notice, and why you are suitable. You will also be asked on competencies such as teamworking, commitment to excellence, and resilience.Hope this is helpful.Regards, AG

the CDC is a great programme with some really good talent and you are well looked after. Ahigh proportion of stayers will progress to consultant level pretty quickly. The only downside is finding you challenging work
