finished acn 2nd (final) round interview two week ago ... haven't heard anything so far ... anyone knows if this is norm? or would the old saying "no news = good news" apply? any one knows if acn rejects a person will they send out the rejection email soon after the interview? it will be a real pain to receive a rejection after waiting for so long already... cheers

I was rejected by Accenture and they never actually told me. Not even a simple e-mail. After about 3 months, I decided to call them back (out of curiosity - I had decided I didn't want to work there even if they had made me an offer) and had it confirmed. Now that's what you call true professionalism.

HR normally gets the feedback within 1-2 days Max. after that that they take ther own sweat time to make an offer if you have been selected.This normally is due to the fact that HR is slow and also their approval process takes time. Their offer is based on the feedback from your second interview.So they know if you are getting in or not. Call your HR contact and ask them straight away. You are entitled to know the result after 2 weeks.I pestered them with my phone calls .if they say they'll come back to you soon ,ask them which date .if they dont, call them back again. They cant withdraw your offer if you do this ,they dont have the power to do so . Hope this helps..

I actually only got my interview there after phoning HR who then put my application through. It was about to be deleted for some reason. I got interviewed shortly after and got the job. Phone them!
