Does anyone know how much (on average) a graduate can expect to earn at Capgemini on completion of the CDC programme.

Surely, I will have to be certified as mentally retarded if I think a £32.5 grad pay is peanuts?

ExpCG, I started in October as a grad, on 30.5k, so I'd be surprised if that was the middle of the range for a promoted CDC'er! I think it's upper 30's-low 40's.

anon,I am struggling to see where anyone on this thread referred to "promoted CDCers". Although you are right about the figures for promoted CDCers. The whole CDC starting package was £29.5K in Oct but was raised to £32.5K in Jan.

you are right, I should have read the post more carefully! That's the starter package! But I would handle the expectation of high 30s-low40's after two years DEVELOPMENT program even more carefully, depends a lot on your performance!

The CDC starter package is approx £32.5k depending on the flex benefits you pick. My understanding of the CDC scheme is that all CDCers get promoted off the scheme after 2 years (or 18 months in exceptional cicumstances) on the SAME pay... I don't know the exact level of pay but my guess (as a current CDCer) would be in the low 40s. If i find out the exact salary I'll let you know.

Hi Flo, I can't really help you as I don't know anyone working for CG in the U.S. I would advise you tho to apply on line and send as many applications as you can...You can also send an email to the HR explaining what you are exactly looking for (French don't do things this way but it is really useful) Good luck!!

That's broadly correct. When you get promoted from the CDC (C1 grade) to Consultant (C2) grade, you'll typically jump upto £39-£40k. The C2 grade band stretches to high £40k

Is their any sign on bonus for graduates starting the CDC programme? Also, what is the CapGemini holiday entitlement for CDCer's?

No bonuses for graduates... neither when first joining nor during the first 2 years.... 25 days holiday + bank holidays/weekends of course!

Why not use the search option on this board! I found this thread (33489) within 30 secs, which provides a wealth of information. Are you sure you have what it takes to be a MC?
