Hi there new to the forum. I'm currently at a Cambridge technology consultancy and have been approached to discuss a more senior position at Oakland Innovation. I know very little about them, does anybody know what there major sectors are and what their work ethos is?Any information would be great.Thanks

yep sounds brilliant doesn't it. Website doesn't give much away, but then you wouldn't expect it to. More digging to be done I think

Jump on LinkedIn and do a company search. Have a look at the staff profiles and see what work they do, etc See who has recommended the staff in terms of clients. See where the staff have come form, how long they've stayed and where they exit to.I have to say most of them seem to live in or around Cambridge and most have very happy, smiley informal (but professional) photos, suggesting they are in some way happy at work.I'd join them for that alone!
