hi my sister got a job in a top mnc as a fresher with 1yr of bond.. where she is carrying now need to apply for a maternity leave in 3 months.. shes very passionate towards her carrer where she dont want to loose her opportunity. what shud she do now.. please suggest.. she shud tell them about pregnancy after joining or before joining.. will they accept her to join... please post your reply ASAP...

Tell them now and apply for a deferred entry?I&apos;m sorry, from your post I couldn&apos;t quite work out if she is already in the firm, or still at university.What maternity leave is in her contract/allowed for in your local country?
