It's that time of year again! When everybody at every grade below Partner, tries to work out whether they should be happy, unhappy or ambivalent about their performance rating, payrise and any bonus awarded. So:1. Can anyone provide the salary bands for base salaries for EY Advisory UK, for the following Grades based in London:ACP: £min to £max baseSC: £min to £max baseM: £min to £max baseSM: £min to £max baseD/ED: £min to £max base2. Does anyone have accurate info about whether base pay ranges differ between different competencies or market focus (e.g. between EY Technology, PI-Risk, SC&O, etc and between GPS, E&A, P&S)?3. Has re-banding happened lately?

I can't help, but I've heard that EY hasn't paid bonus for several years. Can anyone confirm?

Can't help with advisory bands I'm afraid as I'm not in that service line. In my view those quoted on Glassdoor typically aren't a million miles off. As for variable pay (i.e. Bonuses) it's very much service line and sub service line dependant. My SSL has performed well over the last few years and my bonuses have been 10% for a 3, 10% for a 4 (promoted to senior manager) and 7% for a 3 this year. It's going to sound cheesy and like I'm towing the corporate line, but flexible working is the key at EY. For the last few weeks I've worked at home more than being in the office for no reason other than my son has just started school and I wanted to be able take him and pick him up.

Categorically untrue about bonuses. As for to whom and how much, well that's another story.
