I'm trying to compare it to the big 4 (namely KPMG)Analyst - £34.5kConsultant Analyst - ?Consultant - ?Principal Consultant - ?Managing Consultant - ?This is for implementation if that helps? Also, I would appreciate if someone can tell me the average years between the stagesThanks!

https://www.glassdoor.co.uk/Salary/PA-Consulting-Salaries-E11106.htmYou probably need to register and log your own salary to see the values.

Implementation performs well compared to most service lines at PA so bonuses are on the higher end of the indications on Glassdoor. Obviously it depends on Service performance that year so varies hugely.Analyst - £32-35k + £5-8k bonus (1 year at this rank)Consultant Analyst - £40-44k + £10-14k bonus (1 to 2 years at this rank)Consultant - £50-60k + £15k bonus (2 to 4 years at this rank)Principal Consultant - £65-90k + £20k bonus (at least 4 or 5 years at this rank but some people don't push for MC and stay here for life - hence the large salary bracket)Managing Consultant - £85-120k + £30k bonus (Much less salary/bonus structure at this rank and depends on the candidate)Note: The above salaries include the travel allowance assuming London based consultant. The bonuses include shares and vary hugely depending on the service line but have assumed a high performer. Also - those joining from external tend to be towards the higher end of the bracket compared to those receiving internal promotion. As a rule of thumb, junior ranks (A-C) will earn circa 10-15% less than Big 4 counterparts. However bonus for a high performer probably tips the balance in favour of PA.
