Hi,Is anyone on this forum working in/ or have worked in ACN's enterprise perf mngt or finance operation and who can tell me more about the type of projects you are/were involved with.Looking at the ACN website, there are a number of examples of process re-eng. and re-design and analytics etc...I am after more specifics from the people who live(d) it so as to understand what it is really like. For instance, which teams gets involved with finance strategies - e.g. finance operations seem to cover within its umbrella: M&A's or at least post mergers integrations - is it therefore the finOps team that would get involved with strategies to unlock synergies (e.g. reprocess logistics/ manufacturing networks, design pricing strategies...)?Your insights are appreciated

The company is such a convoluted beast that keeps changing its internal structure every 3 months that I'm not sure anyone knows the answer to your question. ...But I might be proven wrong. Anyway, sorry for the not-very-helpful and glass-is-half-empty answer.

The reality for a new joiner into F&PM (and every other Acn service line I suspect) is that upon joining you will be pushed into the first chargeable role which could be FAO or EPM or Corporate Finance so being aligned to any of those areas does not really matter
