KPMG Manager Salary

Hi People,I am considering an offer from KPMG London at a manager level. I have been offered 62- 63K, 10% bonus and minimal relocation (as I would be shifting to UK). Can you please help me understand how does this salary look like in today's market. And can anyone tell me what is the relocation package that KPMG usually offers.Thx

You haven't provided any points of reference, i.e. where are you relocating from, do you have dependants that influence the cost of relocation, what role do you want to compare the salary to, etc?

I would just like to understand what does KPMG advisory manager salary on an average look like and if any relocation assistance that KPMG supports.

Package looks about right. Also, the poster above is correct. You haven't provided enough details to understand whether a relocation bonus is likely. I really don't get why people make posts with the bare minimum of information and then get shirty when more info is asked for.

Who is getting shirty here ?! Since you guys are very proactive here in this forum, I just hoped to get the right info. Also I am a single person relocating from Australia. Could you now suggest anything about relocation assistance.I gave the basic details as I am only looking to understand what is the market standard for such a role.

My suggestion would be...Ring KPMG, ask how much they are willing to pay then decide if you want to accept or not.For salary benchmarking, go to glassdoor.com, by far the most comprehensive guide on the internet.

Speak to your hiring manager, not HR. There should be relocation assistance available. I recently gave approval for relocation assistance (I don't work for KPMG but in Big 4) and HR did not pass it onto the new recruit. Relocation assistance will range from covering VISA costs, to that plus plane tickets, to that plus transport for your stuff to that plus the first few weeks in a hotel. Ask yourself how much assistance you would need to make the move and discuss that with the hiring manager.

Thanks Frio. Wow.. all this is possible and can be included in relocation! Given an option, I would need all of it! As of now they have just agreed to visa cost. Also could you tell me what usually are bonus% for an advisory managerial role.

Generally a few %. A good performance rating might result in 5 to 6%. It's not comparable with industry. Negotiate a bit on your basic and see the bonus as exactly that.
