Hi,I have a 1st round of interview next week in Accenture (Digital Practise) for SAP Business objects role and I have 7 years’ experience in Business objects reporting.Recruiter has informed about three rounds of interview. 1) Telephonic technical round ( Senior Manager )2) Director Interview3) Human resource manager InterviewA) What career level should I ask for 7 years’ experience?B) Will I get a managerial role? C) What pay scale can I negotiate for London location? D) My current location is Edinburg and will they provide me any relocation allowance for London? E) What kind of questions will be asked in Director interview. Thanks,Shan.

A - that depends what level you are operating at now.B - see aboveC - see aboveD - that depends who much the value youE - can you ask?I know people like reassurance before interviews, but these really are questions you can ask the HR rep or interviewers. The information you have given is far too vague for anyone to make an assessment of where you may fit.For what it's worth, and Accenture Grad in the consulting workforce after 7 years would be push senior manager, if they are not there already. I think SM's start on 85k (ish??) plus bonus and car allowance, not the best but not to shabby either.

A) Possibly M1, more likely C3 - depends on your experienceB) Possibly, possibly not - depends on your experienceC) Depends on which grade you get offeredD) Don't knowE) Telephone is an experience-based skills/capability interview "Tell me about a time when you had to motivate a team member" or some such. MD interview is case study presented to you on the day and longer chat to determine your fit.

Will be mostly C3 level that is consultant...I don't think M1 will be offered unless they are very desparate and your current salary is more than 65k. ...All interviews will be competency based. .so prepare STAR method to answer these. Your relevant experience should come out through this ..it's your responsibility to talk about relevant experience although questions will sound generic competency based...There will be a case study mostly before or during the Director interview...and HR interview will be just for fitment into grade and salary..although that will also be competency based...
