do you want to trade a 'large SI' (which you presumably can't name as they are too well known) for a company which you have no recognition of? you need to take your first role out of the grad scheme seriously and get a strong brand on yur CV for your first role.

Thanks Mars.Whilst I do agree with you and will likely stay where I am, I was interested to find out more about this company as I believe my lack of knowledge is due to their niche area of work rather than their brand name (or lack thereof).
