I am awaiting offers from two companies as a staff IT consultant. Capgemini is for NYC, very close to where I live. IBM is for DC, where I have to relocate.When I went to Capgemini for interview, I really liked young consultants and relaxed environment. However, IBM has the greatest brand name. Which company should I pick and why?
