Hey guys, does anyone know the salary ranges for a SI/Technology Senior Consultants within the Big4/6 and any of the other smaller boutique firms?I hear at the Big 4/6 its £45-60k and other boutiques like Capco/Baringa it's £60-75k - is this accurate?

I wouldn't say there was so much of a jump. Big 4 you have about right.. The boutique firms will be a higher 'minimum' base and maybe about £65-70k 'maximum' base at SC level.The difference normally comes between the bands, big 4 typically have £60k starting at Mgr, where as boutiques have a gap between top-end SC and entry-level Mgr.

In the US, Senior Consultants / Senior Associates / Managers (Accenture) make roughly $110-$125K all in. Seems salaries are slightly lower in the UK for the same level across many different fields.
