Dear All,I am almost 6 years experience in Web Development and working as a sr web developer in a middle level company for the last four years. Now I need to move ahead and want to do something big but there are several barriers in the field. Now I just want to know, whether it would be a great deal for me if I join MBA right now and if I think myself as an IT Manager.I am very much ordinary from all aspect. So please suggest me what should be the best thing to do with my career?Thanks in advance.

If you are not happy with your job as you told that you are web developer ten you should change your job because always do work in which you have interest and live happy.Become an IT manager is also a good option if you interested in doing MBA then you can do it.It is another good option for your career.
