CheckingOut - I think you've inadvertently thrown into context the fact that recruitment agents serve clients first and foremost... and help candidates as a by-product of serving their clients. There's no group of employers out there saying to recruitment firms "we just want to hire candidates who are looking to move overseas" and so consequently there are unlikely to be recruitment firms whose main selling point is that they help candidates move overseas (and consequently no one firm I can point you towards who can talk you through all your options and help you with all the options you might choose to pursue). However what is definitely true right now is that lots of successful overseas markets are struggling to recruit high calibre consultants and employers there have become increasingly open to the idea of supporting UK consultants to move abroad as a means of making the hires they need to make. This was very prevalent in Dubai during the last boom and has continued to be the case to some degree across the United Arab Emirates ever since; we've seen a lot of this type of activity from Australian recruiters in the last couple of years and increasingly openings in Hong Kong / China and South America being advertised on Top-Consultant where the interest is specifically in attracting UK consultants to move overseas.Right now on the site I could point you to the consultancy Partners in Performance (http://www.top-consultant.com/uk/career/appointments.asp?sel_firm=32050) who have openings around the world; and to the recruitment firms Morgan McKinley, Selecture and Aston Carter who are helping candidates move to Australia. Lots of others have been active in recent weeks too and I know many more have new campaigns afoot - so if you monitor the jobs board I'm sure you'll see lots of these types of openings coming up. The one route I think is pretty unlikely (unless moving internally with your employer) is a move from the UK to US / Canada as there isn't the requisite booming consulting demand / shortage of quality candidates to make employers there want to hire those who'll need sponsorship.I hope this helps and good luck with checking out.Tony RestellTop-Consultant.com
