Good morning gents,Has anyone ever gotten around to find out what is the expected salary in Capgemini at each promotion?For example it is said that Graduates in Technology services get 25k and 2k bonus.They enter as T1 and are expected to stay minimum two years.What are the rates for T2, T3, T4, T5, T6, T7, T8, T9.From this and the other thread in this forum which aligns the different bands within Capgemini I wanted to understand a bit more about the money matters which run in that company.Regards

To clarify, are you interested in the Technology side or the Consulting side? The salaries differ.

Technology - all T grades are technology C grades consulting and O grades outsourcing. The assignment of T, C and O took a team of HR transformation consultants 2 ASE's and a focused workout to come up with it. (still can't see the rational behing it) Goes without saying loads of PowerPoint and excel also.T7 Btw is 70k ish plus benefits

Technology side, how much more is Consulting over Tech?

Do you know by any chance how much do T3 T4 T5 earn?
